Campaign Workshops
As part of the #DeInfluencingDietCulture campaign- I will be running workshops at Bath Spa University to engage Gen Z women and fellow students in a creative and social atmosphere. These workshops will provide a space for community and a safe environment to explore the impact of toxic diet culture on social media and how to combat this with skills in critical thinking. The creative and baking theme of these workshops are designed to be therapeutic activities to benefit your well-being and to be a fun way of exploring topics that may seem heavy day to day with others alike.
Learn to reassess your algorithm and to love yourself by de-influencing the impact of toxicity online- experience your own journey as an individual with minimal influence from strangers on Instagram and TikTok.

Creative Workshop
In March, I ran a creative workshop with the #DeInfluencingDietCulture community at Bath Spa. We completed a variety of activities to discuss diet culture on social media and encouraging us to consider our worth outside of appearances in a way that social media doesn't usually encourage us to do.
This event was a safe space to explore body image and to empower one another whilst thinking about different methods to combat the impact of toxicity online.
Baking Workshop
In April, I ran a baking workshop with the theme of Self Care sugar cookies. This workshop combined the therapeutic nature of baking with companionship, team work and a shared education of critical thinking on social media.
Together we made cookies to celebrate our bodies for what they are and to appreciate baking as a skill that our body enables us to do.
Our designs explored critical thinking on social media inspired by the #DeInfluencingDietCulture critical thinking checklist.

#DeInfluencing Diet Culture/ SWEDA/ Wellbeing Drop In
In April, I collaborated with #DeInfluencingDietCulture's key stakeholders- SWEDA and the Bath Spa wellbeing team- to run a drop in for Bath Spa university students for body image and wellbeing.
Available to students were SWEDA resources, the Bath spa wellbeing advisors and a variety of creative, journaling prompts to reflect on personal body image in an engaging and therapetic way.
