So, what is the workbook?
Well, think about journaling. Something we all should be doing to stay in touch with our mental health and progress towards a happy, healthier life. And then combine this with creative, fun activities to hop back into the nostalgia and education of workbooks when we were little. However, these activities aim to increase our critical thinking skills on social media. This will benefit our body image and mindset towards creating uplifting communities online rather than following trends and influencers that promote fad diets and trends that create unattainable beauty standards for women.
