#DeInfluencingDietCulture is a campaign to help Gen Z women and students alike who are negatively impacted by toxic diet culture on social media in B&NES and beyond. Campaign materials raise awareness for these issues and explore insights from stakeholders such as SWEDA UK- an eating disorder charity in Bath- and the Bath Spa University wellbeing team. The campaign uses creativity, workshopping and activities to engage audiences and educate critical thinking when online with the intention to decrease the impact of harmful messages in relation to body image.

To continue the campaign's critical thinking education- we will be sharing a workbook with you in collaboration with SWEDA and the Bath Spa University wellbeing. This book will be available to students at Bath Spa university who are struggling with their body image and who want further support to help them have a more positive experience when scrolling online.
