Influencers & Contemporary Celebrity
During my second year of Media Communications BA, I completed the Influencers & Contemporary Celebrity module where I learnt about the significance of influencers and brand deals in our current marketing and social media economy.
For this module, I created a made up Fashion & Lifestyle Micro-Influencer 'Dorothy Woods' who had a brand deal with Vinted. I created a portfolio about her brand deal and presence/ influence on social media which can be found in the 'more' page on the navigation bar.
We had lectures from Corq, a platform that holds all influencer information and news in order to work out the best influencers to be paired with different brands for brand deals and more effective marketing. As part of my portfolio- I curated Dorothy Woods as a Corq influencer and designed her Corq profile.
